Hiap Hoe rebrands two hotels to Aloft Singapore Novena

Aloft Singapore Novena Senja Close EC is set to open in the fourth quarter of the year following the franchise agreement that Hiap Hoe has entered with Luxury Hotels International of Hong Kong. The two hotels, located at 16 Ah Hood Road and 1 Jalan Rajah, are set to be rebranded from Ramada by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park and Days Hotel by Wyndham Singapore at Zhongshan Park.

Hiap Hoe is proud to introduce Aloft Singapore Novena, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of 30 brands, to Singapore. Aloft Hotels caters to the “music-loving crowd”, offering a unique experience for travellers looking for something adventurous and stylish.

The rebranding exercise is set to commence in the third quarter of FY2023, with the expected completion in the fourth quarter of the year. This will be when Hiap Hoe’s current management contract expires.

Marriott International’s impressive portfolio of nearly 8,200 properties spanning 138 countries and territories, provides customers with the Marriott Bonvoy travel programme, offering them a broad range of experiences and possibilities.

On Feb 24, shares in Hiap Hoe closed at an unchanged 74.5 cents.

With the rebranding of the two hotels set to be completed later this year, customers can look forward to the exciting new experiences that Aloft Singapore Novena will be offering. With the brand’s arrival in Singapore, one thing is certain – there will be no shortage of adventurers and music-lovers at the newly-revamped property.
