APAC Realty expands ERA franchise to Laos

APAC Realty, the company that runs the ERA brand, announced on March 21, 2021 that it has entered into a 25-year ERA Master Franchise Agreement with ERA Laos Co. Ltd. With this agreement, ERA Laos has been granted the exclusive rights to operate or grant memberships for the operation of ERA member broker offices in Laos. This extends APAC Realty’s presence in the IndoChina region, which now includes Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos.

The group currently holds the exclusive ERA regional master franchise rights to 17 countries and territories in the Asia-Pacific region. With the addition of Laos, they now have a network of more than 21,900 agents in 647 offices across 11 countries and territories.

Marcus Chu, CEO of APAC Realty, expressed his delight at expanding the company’s foothold in the Indochina Peninsular. The agreement, which is effective from March 21, 2021 and can be renewed for an additional 25 years subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions, is expected to help extend APAC Realty’s regional growth plans in an efficient, capital-efficient way.
