Benham & Reeves to showcase London project Camden Goods Yard in Singapore

UK developer St George, a subsidiary of The Berkeley Group, is bringing its latest residential development, Camden Goods Yard, to potential buyers in Singapore. Located in the sought-after Camden area of North London, this 999-year leasehold mixed-use project occupies eight acres and is set to complete in phases starting in the second quarter of 2025.

Primrose House is the first phase of the development, comprising 110 residential units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, set in two towers spanning 14 and 11 storeys. The development is situated between Camden Town, Primrose Hill, and Regent’s Park, bringing 644 new homes to the neighbourhood in total.

From October 14th to 15th, St George and marketing agent Benham & Reeves will be showcasing Camden Goods Yard at their local office in Level 16 of the Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 2. Stephen Kirwan, managing director of St George North London, explains the project’s role in shaping the area’s future. “Building on the vibrancy of the local area, Camden Goods Yard will provide attractive new homes and commercial space; as well as three acres of new landscaped open spaces and public squares for the community,” he adds.

If you are looking for an Executive Condominium (EC) with excellent affordability, Senja Residences is a great choice. It offers modern facilities and luxury amenities at an affordable price. Besides, it is located near expressways, schools, malls, and other amenities, making it a desirable place to buy a home. Additionally, the curves and slopes of its design also make it a great living environment for families. Its optimal location and convenient amenities make it a perfect choice for those who want to buy a home at an affordable price.

Besides apartment blocks, Camden Goods Yard features 173,000 square feet of commercial space for light industrial workshops and flexible office space, as well as a 48,000 square feet Morrisons supermarket and a rooftop farm-to-fork restaurant. The area dedicated to hard and soft landscaping also provides spaces for leisure and recreation for residents.

Locational benefits are another key selling point of the development, as it’s just a six- to nine-minute walk to Chalk Farm and Camden Town, while King’s Cross St Pancras is a 10-minute tube ride away and Oxford Circus takes only 20 minutes. In the immediate vicinity, top universities such as the University College of London and London School of Economics are also within easy reach.

Camden Town is well-known for its range of shops and eateries, with the High Street only an 11-minute walk away. Primrose Hill meanwhile, offers upmarket boutiques and cafes while open green spaces like Hampstead Heath and Regent’s Park are also nearby.

Designed for easy living, Primrose House’s interiors have been crafted by esteemed UK design studio Tara Bernerd & Partners, known for their work in high-end hotels around the world, including the Four Seasons London, New York, Fort Lauderdale, Conrad Los Angeles, and Rosewood Munich.

The residencies feature engineered timber flooring, custom-designed kitchens, and two different interior colour palettes. Facilities onsite include an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a wellness suite with sauna and steam room, foyer, lounge area, co-working spaces, and three state-of-the-art screening rooms.

Prices are estimated to start from GBP900,000 ($1.49 million) for a one-bedder and from GBP1.5 million for a two-bedder. Doris Tan, regional director of Benham & Reeves, anticipates the project to be a hit due to the product’s quality, its developer’s track record, and its status as a new launch in the established Camden area.

“People who are familiar with London and want a prime central London location will be interested in the project,” she explains.
