The property, situated at Blk 283 Bishan Street 22, comprises of a ground-floor shop space spanning approximately 743 sq ft and an upper-level residential unit measuring about 764 sq ft. Overall, the shophouse boasts a total floor area of approximately 1,507 sq ft.

As stated by ERA Singapore, the appointed marketing agent for the property, the shophouse has 65 years remaining on its 99-year lease. Furthermore, they note that the second floor of the shophouse has its own separate entrance at the front of the ground floor, providing the opportunity for independent leasing.

Presently, the entire shophouse is fully occupied by a medical clinic. However, according to ERA, potential buyers have the option to explore alternative configurations such as dividing the ground-floor shop into smaller units or converting it for F&B purposes.
