The project boasts two 62-storey high towers, with the serviced apartments housed in a separate 36-storey building. It is seamlessly connected to Havelock MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line and will feature restaurants, a supermarket, and an early childhood development centre. The development also includes a twin-tower residential component and a 36-storey long-stay serviced apartment building.

The residential units range from one-bedroom-plus-study apartments spanning 474 sq ft to five-bedroom supreme apartments of 1,819 sq ft. There are two five-bedroom penthouses of 2,659 sq ft and 2,756 sq ft as well. Developers reported that the starting price for the units is $1.298 million, with a per square foot rate of $2,738 for a 474 sq ft one-bedroom plus study. The three-bedroom units, which measure 818 sq ft, come with a price tag of $2.2 million, at a per square foot rate of $2,689. For the four-bedroom units with private lift access, measuring 1,421 sq ft, the price is $3.968 million, at a per square foot rate of $2,792. The five-bedroom units, with private lift access and measuring 1,819 sq ft, come with a starting price of $5.988 million, at a per square foot rate of $3,292.

CDL and MFA were awarded the Zion Road (Parcel A) Government Land Sale site in April 2024. The CDL-Mitsui consortium made the sole bid of $1.107 billion ($1,202 per square foot plot ratio) for the plot. The development is located near the River Valley enclave and is only a short drive away from the Orchard Road shopping belt and the CBD.
