The project boasts two 62-storey high towers, with the serviced apartments housed in a separate 36-storey building. It is seamlessly connected to Havelock MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line and will feature restaurants, a supermarket, and an early childhood development centre. CDL and MFA were awarded the Zion Road (Parcel A) Government Land Sale site in April 2024.
