Edgeprop Excellence Awards 2025 Honouring People And Places Shaping Singapore’s Property Landscape

launchedRequest for Proposal: Identity and website revamp for EdgePropReal estate salespersons honoured at inaugural EdgeProp Excellence Awards 2019

The ninth edition of the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards has arrived, and every year it reminds us of the reason why we do what we do. These awards go beyond acknowledging outstanding developments; they are a celebration of the people behind them. The ideas, execution, and purpose that are built into every project, creating spaces and communities that enhance lives across Singapore.

Tonight, we not only celebrate the winners, but also the teams behind them – the developers, architects, consultants, and marketers who bring these projects to fruition and continue to shape Singapore’s ever-changing property landscape. In addition to our usual categories, we are honored to have JTC participate for the first time. This marks the first involvement of a government agency, highlighting the progress of the industry and the active role of the public sector in shaping spaces that benefit businesses and communities.

We are also presenting the Personality of the Year Award, given every two years to honor someone who has been pivotal in driving the industry forward. This special recognition celebrates leadership, influence, and impact – qualities that inspire us all to aim higher and do better.

The EdgeProp Excellence Awards not only recognize excellent placemaking, but also the diligence behind identifying it. Our judges, together with our sustainability partner CPG Corporation and knowledge partner KPMG, have undergone a rigorous and impartial review process, assessing, discussing, and verifying every entry through both quantitative and qualitative measures before selecting this year’s winners.

Now, I would like to share an important update about EdgeProp itself. In the months ahead, EdgeProp will embark on a new journey – to operate independently from starting January 1, 2026. Why this change? For many years, EdgeProp and have shared resources and people, building something meaningful together. However, as both organizations have evolved, so have our core missions. will continue to be a leading business and investment publication. On the other hand, EdgeProp has expanded beyond the traditional boundaries of a media company. By focusing solely on real estate, we aim to become a fully integrated property platform – both online and offline – dedicated to helping people understand property and make smarter real estate decisions.

This decision was not made lightly. However, we believe it is necessary for our growth – to be bolder, more innovative, and yes, a little edgier. It will allow us to tell more compelling stories, market without constraints, and serve all of you – our readers, users, and business partners – even better.

In the coming months, you will see us deepen our editorial coverage, expand our physical distribution, invest in new digital tools, and continue to strengthen our role as a trusted voice in the property industry. To everyone here tonight [October 16, 2025]: thank you for growing with us, for your trust, and for your continued support. To our long-time partners – V-Zug, Mitsubishi Electric, and Geberit – these awards would not have been possible without your unwavering partnership.

And finally, to all our finalists and winners – congratulations. Your work has set the standard for excellence in our industry. The future of property in Singapore is bright, and we are proud to be a part of that journey – together with you.

Methodology:

A total of 58 projects participated in the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2025. The panel of judges evaluated the submissions across six core categories: Design, Innovation, Landscape, Sustainability, Showflat, and Marketing. This year, three new categories were introduced – Landmark Conservation, Top Office Development, Top Integrated Development, and Top Sustainable Developer.

The judging criteria and scoring matrix combined qualitative and quantitative components. Judges were required to identify and disclose any potential conflicts of interest – such as involvement in a project’s design – and refrain from assessing that entry. Based on the preliminary scores, projects were shortlisted for site visits. Following the visits, judges were allowed to adjust their scores. The final results were then verified by KPMG Singapore before the winners were announced.

CPG Corporation served as the knowledge partner for the Sustainability Excellence Award category, providing its expertise in formulating the qualitative and quantitative components, judging methodology, and scoring matrix. Given the growing importance of sustainability in the built environment, two developers with the highest sustainability scores were also named Top Sustainable Developer 2025.
