The Botany draws 4,600 visitors at preview weekend

The Botany at Dairy Farm, Sim Lian Group’s new suburban condominium project, attracted an impressive 4,600 visitors over the weekend of February 18-19. Located just across the road from the German European School Singapore and a 10-minute walk to the Hillview MRT Station on the Downtown Line, the development is situated at Dairy Farm Walk.

It has been built on a 99-year leasehold site spanning 168,597 sq Senja Close EC ft, with a total of five blocks ranging from nine to 15 storeys. Featuring a mix of one- to five-bedroom units, sizes range from 506 to 1,765 sq ft and prices start from $998,000 ($1,972 psf) for a one-bedroom-plus-study, $1.2 million ($1,990 psf) for a two-bedroom unit, $1.73 million ($1,959 psf) for a three-bedroom unit, $2.39 million ($1,882 psf) for a four-bedroom type and $2.88 million ($1,871 psf) for a five-bedroom.

Mark your calendar for March 4, as this is when the project is scheduled for launch.

The launch of the project is preceded by the highly attended Midwood by Hong Leong and Hong Realty with their weekend preview attracting 3,500 visitors and the similarly successful uncompleted Good Class Bungalow (GCB) on Chestnut Drive receiving a $38.8 million bid.
