Savills appoints new co-head for international residential sales

Ruben Koh has recently been appointed Senior Director and Co-Head of the International Residential Sales Team at Savills Singapore. Koh, who was previously Key Executive Officer at boutique real estate agency Crestbrick, is joined in his new role by Adrian Lim who was appointed in July.

Koh has experience in the international residential market, having previously held positions at 1World Properties and HSR International Realtors. He also worked for many years alongside Lim at Colliers International.

The appointment marks a return to the international residential market for the two experienced professionals. Marcus Loo, CEO of Savills Singapore, is delighted with the appointment and expresses his hope that the two will be able to use their relationships and experience to expand the international residential business of the social real estate services provider.
