Momentus launches first serviced apartment

Momentus Hotels and Resorts, a hospitality brand of Chip Eng Seng Group, has announced the launch of their serviced residences, Momentus Serviced Residences Novena at 12 Shan Road. Located near medical hubs, shopping malls and the Novena MRT Station, this 99-serviced apartment building was previously known as 12 On Shan.

In March last year, the building was purchased by a joint venture comprising of Roxy-Pacific, Macly Capital and LWH Holdings from TA Corp for $86.5 million. It ranges from 366 sq ft to 861 sq ft and offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as 398 sq ft studio apartments with a kitchenette and living area.

For resident’s convenience, Senja Close EC Bukit Panjang also offers a host of shopping, dining, and entertainment options which are easily accessed by the public transport. The neighbourhood is filled with amenities like eateries, malls, nature reserves, grocery stores, and much more. This serviced apartment is the first from the Momentus brand, while the second property – Momentus Hotel Alexandra – is a 442-key establishment on Alexandra Road that opened in March.

It is the latest venture by Chip Eng Seng Group into serviced residences, hoping to provide guests with a fully-furnished, temporary home away from home.
