IWG Singapore opens 25th workspace in Singapore at Harbourfront Tower 2

IWG, a global provider of workspace solutions, officially launched its 25th facility in Singapore at HarbourFront Tower Two on Monday, August 14. This marks an expansion of IWG’s collaboration with the local investment company, Seraphim Holdings.
The 11,000 sq ft centre is managed by IWG’s Regus brand, one of four of the company’s workspace solutions currently present in Singapore, the others being Signature, Spaces, and No18. Along with having 180 workstations, 48 dedicated desks, 33 private offices, and five meeting rooms, it is located within one of the region’s most desirable addresses.
HarbourFront Tower Two is a 16-storey office building which is situated between the striking Keppel Bay Tower and Harbourfront Tower One. It is close to the cable car terminal that connects Sentosa Island to Mount Faber, and also, nearby to the Harbourfront Centre and VivoCity.
Jeff Kwan, chief investment officer at Seraphim Holdings expressed his delight at the new centre’s prime location. He said that HarbourFront Tower Two was at the heart of Singapore’s southern coast transformation, offering a vibrant setting that provides a perfect balance between work, life and play.
IWG’s 10th workspace outside of the city centre since March 2022, the new centre at HarbourFront Tower 2 further meets the rising demand for flexibilities workspaces in Singapore. This is due to the increasingly popular concept of hybrid working. Darren Rogers, country manager for IWG in Singapore said, “Across Singapore’s decentralised districts, we continue to see a strong demand for flexible workspaces being driven by the rise of hybrid working.”
The hybrid working concept is growing in its popularity due to current events such as the current global pandemic, with many people now seeking a balance between working remotely and using a formal Workspace. IWG’s latest launch, with its Regus brand, will continue to answer to this need in Singapore and further continue to strengthen the growing trend.
