IOI Central Boulevard Towers tops out

IOI Properties Group has marked an important milestone with its Grade-A office development, IOI Central Boulevard Towers in Singapore’s Marina Bay, topping out. A topping-out ceremony was held on August 28th for the project, which features two office towers of 16 and 48 storeys on top of a seven-storey podium.

The development is set to provide 1.26 million sq ft of office space, along with 30,000 sq ft of retail, food and beverage spaces, when it is expected to receive its temporary occupation permit in the first quarter of 2024. Currently, around 40% of the project’s net lettable area has been committed to, with a further 20% in advanced stages of negotiation.

IOI Centreal Boulevard Towers also features a range of amenities, such as direct access to Downtown MRT Station, sheltered routes to Marina Bay, Raffles Place and Shenton Way MRT Stations, and bridges that link to One Raffles Quay and Asia Square. In addition, a 60,000 sq ft sky park – Central Green – will house a 200m jogging track, end-of-trip facilities, and a childcare centre.

The project has incorporated many sustainability elements, such as energy-efficient lifts and a double-glazed façade. As a result, IOI Central Boulevard Towers has been certified Green Mark Platinum under the Building & Construction Authority’s Green Mark Scheme, its green building rating system.
