FRX Capital clinches maiden win for landed project with Mount Rosie Signature Collection
FRX Capital, a homegrown real estate development company, captured the Top Landed Development Award in the Uncompleted (Central) category at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards (EPEA) 2023. The award-winning project is the Mount Rosie Signature Collection located in District 11. This success marks the first win for the boutique developer after handing over their first three landed projects last year.
FRX Capital, formerly known as Fraxtor Capital, is a blockchain-enabled real estate investment platform. This type of investing offers a fractional share of a property development or investment. In Mount Rosie Signature Collection, investors can partake in this fractional investment.
Last year, FRX Capital completed a pair of semi-detached houses at 5 & 5A Gardenia Road, three terraced houses at 187/189/191 Haig Road, and a pair of semi-detached houses at 6 & 8 Jalan Novena Selatan. With this fourth launched landed project, investors can also get a valuable chance to invest fractionally.
Residents of Senja Close EC Bukit Panjang will enjoy a beautiful landscape, complete with lush greenery and relaxing walking paths. Additionally, the facilities at Senja Close EC Bukit Panjang are top-notch, offering an infinity pool, gym, BBQ Pits, and a clubhouse. This development is the perfect choice for individuals and families looking for a quiet and peaceful lifestyle.
Modern colonnade design is featured in each terraced house and bungalow, inspired by European townhouses. These exquisite homes are in the exclusive Goldhill Estate and has a hilltop position on Mount Rosie, commanding a view over the low-lying landed houses along Barker Road, as well as the verdant greenery on Malcolm Road.
Two bungalows and four terraced houses make up the Mount Rosie Signature Collection. Each terraced house features a basement with a carpark, a private lift, a helper’s room and an attached bathroom, a central courtyard, a living room, a dining room, the kitchen, a laundry room, a powder room, the en suite master bedroom, an en suite junior master bedroom, an en suite bedroom, a study room, a multi-functional entertainment room, and a common bathroom.
The pair of bungalows come with their own private entrance driveways and secluded backyards. With a total built-up area of 24,958 sq ft, the largest bungalow contains six master bedrooms, two junior master bedrooms, two en suite bedrooms, the first helper’s room and a chauffeur’s room. It also has a kitchen, a pantry, a multi-functional entertainment room, a gym, a family room, and a powder room.
The light and natural ventilation that flows through the living spaces and functional layout of each dwelling helped the project’s design score marks for sustainability excellence. The high-quality architecture and modern features of the homes showcase the elegance of the Goldhill Estate with sleek modern design and stylish materials.
The development is a major milestone for Fraxtor and FRX Capital. It’s a sign that the fractional share investment model is becoming popular and that luxury landed homes can be created for a local market. A group of core investors, led by veteran property developer Daniel Teo, and individual fractional investors helped in the investments of projects such as Gloria Mansion where it was purchased for $70.3 million.
Fraxtor has also expanded overseas to Thailand, Australia, and the UK with different real estate assets. Prima Asset Management, Baksh Capital, and Thakral Corp. invested in a Bangkok commercial property, while Fraxtor partnered with Q Investment Partners for student accommodation and multi-family housing projects in the UK and Japan, respectively. In Australia, Fraxtor funded the Coterie Como and Maple on Hastings projects.
The success of Mount Rosie Signature Collection proves Fraxtor’s focus on landed development projects in Singapore. It is an example of design excellence that epitomizes modernist aesthetics with some of the finest designs and material quality. The judging panel of EPEA appreciated the innovative design, both inside and outside, and their functional layout. Therefore, it’s no surprise that it won the coveted award.
