Frasers Property opens Fraser Residence River Promenade at Jiak Kim Street

Frasers Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Frasers Property, has announced that Fraser Residence River Promenade – a four-storey serviced apartment on Jiak Kim Street – is now open for bookings. Located within Frasers Property Singapore’s integrated precinct fronting the Singapore River, the property is managed by the hospitality provider.

The site is a mixed-use development featuring 455-unit luxury condo Rivière, as well as three conserved warehouses which are undergoing conversion into a lifestyle hub. According to CEO of Frasers Hospitality, Eu Chin Fen, the property is a “distinctive blend of luxury, historical charm, environmental responsibility, and contemporary serviced living”.
