CBRE is offering 5 commercial units for sale at The Hillford on Jalan Jurong Kechil. These units, ranging from 538 sq ft to 2,713 sq ft, have been approved for various uses – from F&B to a childcare centre. The Hillford, a mixed-use development on Jalan Jurong Kechil, Singapore, is offering five commercial units for sale through CBRE, the exclusive marketing agent. Developed by World Class Global, the property development arm of Aspial Corp, The Hillford was completed in 2017 and is spread across 18 strata-titled shop units on the ground floor and 281 residential units spanning the second to seventh floors.
