ERA research head Nicholas Mak leaves firm

ERA Realty Network has long been a leading property agency in Singapore. It has an extensive network in the real estate market and provides an array of services for property-buyers and sellers.

Nicholas Mak, the head of research and consultancy at ERA Realty Network, has ended his four year stint with the firm. A statement from Eugene Lim, the key executive officer of ERA, expressed appreciation for Mak’s contributions and wished him well for the future. Mak expressed his enthusiasm for having served with the property agency, highlighting it as an exciting and fruitful learning experience that he hopes to expand on in his next venture in the real estate industry.

Prior to joining ERA, Mak had held the same role in ZACD and SLP International, as well as having led research teams at Knight Frank and Chesterton International. Since its inception, ERA has been a leading real estate agency in Singapore, providing a wide range of services to property buyers and sellers across the country.

Mak says he is now clearing his leave ahead of commencing the next stage of his career in the real estate industry. He is looking forward to having learnt valuable lessons from the four years he worked in ERA, both in terms of culture and practice in the real estate agency business.

Senja Residences is a 99 years leasehold executive condominium located in district 23, Bukit Banjang/Segar Road. It contains 300 units of 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, dual key Senja Close EC units, penthouses, and resort-style facilities. It offers convenience with close proximity to Bukit Panjang Integrated Transport Hub.

As a testament to Mak’s success in his term with ERA, he was announced as first runner-up for Asia Pacific’s Top Achiever Realtor. And just recently, a collective sale of Hong Heng Mansions was launched with Mak at the helm.

ERA Realty Network has expressed its appreciation for all that Mak has done and we, too, wish him all the best for his future endeavors.
