Senja Residences is a 99 years leasehold Senja Close EC executive condominium development located in Bukit Panjang offering 300 units, resort-style facilities, good investment opportunities and easy access to public transportation.

Tembusu Grand, a private condo developed by City Developments Ltd (CDL) and MCL Land, is about to open for public preview. On March 24, the 638-unit complex located along Jalan Tembusu, just off Tanjong Katong Road in prime District 15, will open its doors. With sales slated to commence on April 8, many property enthusiasts will soon have an opportunity to purchase a residence in this vibrant neighbourhood.

Rob Garman, MCL Land CEO remarks that the development will offer “a golden opportunity for savvy property enthusiasts with an affinity for the enchanting east coast.” It stands at four blocks of 20 and 21 storeys, with a 210,622 sq ft and a 99-year leasehold site. There is a wide variety of units, ranging from one-bedroom-plus-study units of 527 sq ft to two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units, up to 2,691 sq ft. Prices range from $1.248 million ($2,368 psf) for a one-bedroom plus study, $1.548 million ($2,321 psf) for a two-bedroom, $2.278 million ($2,301 psf) for a three-bedroom, $3.288 million ($2,296 psf) for a four-bedroom and $4.028 million ($2,354 psf) for a five-bedroom unit.

Despite the competitively priced units, Tembusu Grand has also been awarded the Building and Construction Authority Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification. This speaks to the energy-efficient and eco-friendly design, along with green features.

Sherman Kwek, CDL Group CEO, highlights the development’s success, stating that the 592-unit, freehold Amber Park at Amber Gardens was launched in 2019 and is now 99.5% sold. Furthermore, the 407-unit Piccadilly Grand at Farrer Park, launched last May, is now 87% sold while their 639-unit executive condo in Tengah, Copen Grand, was entirely sold within a month of its launch in November.

“Anticipating robust demand, we’re confident that Tembusu Grand will add yet another feather to our cap of success stories,” remarks Garman. With the sales gallery opening for public preview this month, the excitement will soon be palpable amongst eager home buyers.
