Keppel REIT manager appoints new CFO

Sebastian Song has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Keppel REIT, succeeding Kang Leng Hui who is stepping down to pursue other opportunities.

Effective certain 30th October, Song will begin hisnew role with the organisation. Prior to his appointment to the managerial role, Song was the Financial Controller of Keppel REIT Management since 2020, assuming responsibility for group reporting, taxation, financial accounting, compliance, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.

A seasoned finance professional, Song initially joined Keppel REIT Management in 2015 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the REIT. Previously, he was a senior audit manager with EY.

Koh Wee Lih, CEO of the Manager, is confident in Song’s capabilities to help build on the strong foundations of Keppel REIT and to continue producing stable income and sustainable long-term total returns for its unitholders.

The Manager of Keppel REIT has appointed Sebastian Song as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective October 30, succeeding Kang Leng Hui, who is stepping down on October 27. Song initially joined Keppel REIT Management in 2015, and has held the position of Financial Controller since 2020, overseeing group reporting, taxation, financial accounting, compliance, budgeting and forecasting.
