One Global Group appointed sole agent for Barratt Developments in Southeast Asia

Recent developments that Barratt and One Global Group have collaborated on include Wembley Park Gardens. The project is scheduled to be completed in phases from spring 2025.

Also included is the new phase of apartments at Hendon Waterside, a long-term regeneration project in West Hendon. This offering includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments priced from GBP391,000.

The partners will also be launching Eastman Village’s Robertson Apartments, Barratt’s ongoing development at the site of the former Kodak film factory located in Harrow. These 46 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are priced from GBP339,000 and are anticipated to launch in the second half of the year.
