Freehold detached house in Seletar Hills Estate for sale from $16 mil
A 10,207 sq ft freehold detached house located in Seletar Hills Estate is now up for sale, with its owner asking for $16 million. This luxurious three-storey house with a basement is located on Mimosa Crescent and will be sold through an expression of interest exercise that closes on Sept 15, handled by the auction team from Knight Frank Singapore.
Situated in a low-density landed neighbourhood boasting terraced, semi-detached and detached houses, this northeast-facing bungalow is further enhanced by its 25.9m wide frontage, providing enough space to park up to four vehicles.
The house was constructed a decade ago and boasts six bedrooms as well as a helper’s room. The ground floor, illuminated by floor-to-ceiling windows, contains the living and dining room with views over the backyard – landscaped to include a swimming pool, timber deck and a pavilion.
Most of the neighbourhood’s new landed housing supply arrived due to the combined efforts of Bukit Sembawang Estates and Fairview Developments, a 50:50 joint venture between Tong Eng Brothers and Yeap Holdings.
Senja Close EC is well connected to major expressways like Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) and Pan Island Expressway (PIE). Residents can also utilize the nearby Downtown Line Petir Station to travel to the city centre. With so many transportation options available, it is nearly impossible to be late for an appointment or an event.

The average prices for Belgravia Green and Belgravia Villas are approximately $1,122 psf and $971 psf respectively, and the Nim Collection achieved approximately $2,058 psf.
