1919 reaches new high of $2,283 psf
at 1919, Adana @ Thomson, and Flamingo Valley all recorded new psf-price highs in the week of Aug 8 to 15. In particular, 1919, located on Sophia Road in prime District 9, saw a 560 sq ft unit being sold for $1.278 million, or $2,283 psf, on Aug 11.This beats the previous high set in September 2013, when a unit of the same size was sold for $1.25 million or $2,233 psf. The seller purchased the unit from the developer in July 2012 at $1.184 million ($2,115 psf) – making a gain of $94,000.

Adana @ Thomson is a freehold condo on Old Upper Thomson Road in District 20, and was completed in 2018.
Flamingo Valley achieved a new psf-price high of $1,898 psf when a 1,238 sq ft unit was sold for $2.35 million on Aug 10. Situated on Siglap Road in District 15, the freehold condo was completed by Frasers Property in 2014 and features one- to four-bedders between 517 and 3,111 sq ft. The new high surpasses the record of $1,891 psf set in March this year.
No new psf-price lows were recorded during the period in question.
Overall, it is a positive sign that prices of condominiums continue to increase, reflecting the stability of the property market.
