Worldwide Hotels (WWH) and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts have come together to establish a new franchise agreement for a hotel located in Novena, Singapore. The agreement entails the conversion of WWH’s current hotel, Value Hotel Thomson, into the Days Inn by Wyndham Singapore Novena.

The 362-unit hotel, situated at 592 Balestier Road, will undergo a transformation starting the end of the second quarter of 2026. The renovated property is expected to be ready for guests by August of the same year. Amenities such as a swimming pool, pool deck, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, and an all-day dining restaurant will be added to enhance the guest experience.

Strategically located near the Novena MRT Station on the North-South Line, the hotel offers convenience to guests travelling via public transportation. It also boasts proximity to renowned medical facilities such as Thomson Medical Centre, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, and Tan Tock Seng Hospital. According to Carolyn Choo, WWH’s CEO and managing director, the hotel aims to cater to medical tourists, as well as leisure and business travellers.

Additionally, the property expands Wyndham’s presence in Singapore, alongside its existing portfolio, which includes the Wyndham Singapore Hotel with 591 rooms and Hotel Traveltine Downtown Singapore, a 300-key property that falls under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham.
