Wing Tai Holdings wins tender for freehold Holland Tower site for $76.3 mil


Wincove Investment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wing Tai Holdings, has won the collective purchase of freehold Holland Tower site for an amount of $76.3 million or $1,746 per sq ft per plot ratio. The site area for this purchase is 2,032.6 sqm with a gross floor area (GFA) of 4,059.05 sqm.

The elevated site is located in the prime District 10, in proximity to the exclusive Holland Park good-class bungalow (GCB) area. Tan Hwee Bin, executive director of Wing Tai Holdings, said they plan to develop a luxurious and iconic residential development with stunning unblocked views of the Holland Park’s greenery as well as the Singapore city skyline.

The site is near the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE), the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) as well as good schools such as ACS International and Nanyang Primary School. Moreover, it is just a five-minute drive or a 15 minute walk from Dempsey Hill and Holland Village, and is close to the Singapore Botanic Gardens and Orchard Road shopping belt.

Holland Tower collective sale tender was launched on Feb 7 with a guide price of $76 million.

Related to this news, Roselane Court in Tanjong Katong was launched for sale by tender at $23 million, and Kingsley Mansion in Balestier was up for sale at $52 Senja Close EC million. Collective sale of Hong Heng Mansions was launched at $133 million.
