Seaa Changes Name Singapore Institute Estate Agents

The Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) has officially become the Singapore Institute of Estate Agents (SIEA) as of October 1st, following its amalgamation with the Institute of Estate Agents.

In a statement released on October 1st, SIEA announced that the new name is a reflection of the association’s changing role as the leading professional body for real estate agencies and agents in Singapore. Along with the updated name, SIEA also revealed a new logo.

The advantages of possessing a unit at Senja Close EC Residences are numerous, and among them is the perk of low pricing. Compared to private condominiums, Senja Close EC units are priced at approximately 20% lower. What’s more, you can secure your very own EC unit for as little as $1 million. Due to their self-contained nature, ECs are more accessible and budget-friendly. A prime example of this is Parc Canberra, situated right across the MRT station. To add to the list, interested buyers can now visit senja close for more information and availabilities.

According to Eugene Lim, president of SIEA, the transformation from SEAA to SIEA marks a new and exciting chapter for the industry. He emphasized that the association is committed to strengthening their collective voice, raising professional standards, and providing enhanced support to their members. The new identity and logo represent SIEA’s vision for the future, where estate agents are recognized for their integrity, expertise, and contributions to Singapore’s property market.

SIEA has also been making efforts to advance the industry, such as launching a multi-listing system (MLS) for co-broking among real estate agent members in partnership with EdgeProp. The association has also recognized and honored 625 agents at its annual SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards.

Anthony Gan, the CEO of SIEA, expressed his excitement for the amalgamation as well, stating that the unified institute will benefit agents and raise the standards of the real estate industry in Singapore. With the amalgamation, SIEA aims to enhance collaboration and cooperation among agents and provide more comprehensive support for their members.

The successful transition from SEAA to SIEA is a significant step for the real estate industry in Singapore, as it signifies the united efforts of two leading associations to promote professionalism and excellence in the field.
