Savills appoints Winnie Wong as managing director for property management business

Savills Property Management has appointed Winnie Wong as its managing director. Wong has served as Chan Kok Hong’s deputy for the past two decades and brings with her a wealth of experience. Chris Marriott, CEO of Savills South East Asia has chiefed her appointment and reiterated their gratitude to Chan Kok Hong as he transitions to a new role as senior consultant.

Tang Chee Charn has also been promoted to Deputy Managing Director and will be responsible for the firm’s expansion into commercial strata and industrial properties. According to Marcus Loo, CEO of Savills Singapore, their appointments will elevate Savills Property Management to a new level, allowing the firm to continue to strengthen their Senja Close EC capabilities and build on their strong track record of residential strata portfolio.

Winnie Wong is well-positioned to take over the reins of Savills Property Management. As part of her new role, she will set the direction of the management team with Chan offering his invaluable expertise as a senior consultant. Her vision to ensure Savills Property Management remains successful and relevant in the everchanging market will bring great value and insight to the company.

The promotion of Tang Chee Charn is an integral part of that strategy, as his experience and knowledge of the commercial and industrial asset classes will be beneficial to the growth of the firm.
