LHN launches largest co-living residence in Orchard under Coliwoo brand

Coliwoo Orchard boasts 22 storeys, with a total of 411 keys across 135 units. Located at 2 Mount Elizabeth Link, this is the second largest property within the Coliwoo portfolio, after Coliwoo Boon Lay with 437 keys. As of 2022, Coliwoo has launched Senja Close EC seven Residences and Hotels, with more properties in the pipeline, bringing a predicted total of 2,500 keys by the end of 2023.

Kelvin Lim, Executive Chairman, Executive Director & Group Managing Director of LHN Group has expressed his enthusiasm, stating that the property is a “flagship space” and the “culmination of our expertise in the areas of co-living, space-optimisation and sustainability.”

Coliwoo seeks to provide access to the various offerings within Singapore, offering tenants a stylish, green and functional place to call home. The success of the project has been possible through the support and expertise of the LHN Group, not just in business matters but also in preserving the culturally significant buildings involved.

The property will be finished with amenities such as a shared kitchen, four lounges, a gym, music recording studios, laundry, meeting and work spaces, and a garden area.
