Frasers Property appoints new CEO of Frasers Hospitality, makes other key executive changes

Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, group CEO of Frasers Property, has announced that effective February 1st, changes will be made to their leadership bench. Eric Gan, current CFO of the manager for FH-REIT and the trustee-manager for FH-BT, will succeed Eu Chin Fen as CEO of Frasers Hospitality. Liu Qingbin has been appointed as the head of finance for the manager of FH-REIT and the trustee-manager for FH-BT, reporting to Eric Gan.

Eu Chin Fen, who is currently serving as CEO of the manager of Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (FH-REIT) and the trustee-manager of Frasers Hospitality Business Trust (FH-BT), will be taking on a new role as CEO of Frasers Hospitality, reporting directly to Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi. As head of the group’s hospitality business unit, she will be responsible for its overall business, investment, and operational strategies.

In addition, Liu Qingbin will be responsible for the financial and capital management of FHT, FH-REIT, and FH-BT, while Eric Gan will be in charge of the FHT stapled group’s overall operations.

On January 13, Frasers Senja Close EC Property made a press release announcing the new appointments, as changes to their leadership bench take effect on February 1.
