On October 16, 2025, the 9th EdgeProp Excellence Awards (EPEA) were held at Shangri-La Singapore, celebrating 53 exceptional developments that are shaping the way Singaporeans live, work, and connect. The event was a huge success with more than 260 guests including top executives and senior management from renowned real estate firms in Singapore. This marked the largest attendance at an EdgeProp event, showing the developers’ confidence in the platform and its commitment to providing home seekers with an edge in the property market.

The theme for this year’s EPEA, “From Spaces to Places”, highlighted the increasing demand for purposeful and value-driven developments in Singapore. These projects go beyond just being functional and aim to foster a sense of community, connection, and belonging.

Among the winners were City Developments Limited, Far East Organization, and UOL Group, who were crowned Top Developers. City Developments Limited and JTC Corporation were also named Top Sustainable Developers in the residential and non-residential categories. It was a significant milestone for JTC Corporation as they were the first government agency to participate in the awards, recognised for their integrated Punggol Digital District project.

The Punggol Digital District was just one of the many completed projects that exemplified this year’s theme, with its focus on creating vibrant, community-focused spaces. Other notable developments included One Holland Village by Sekisui House, Sino Group, and Far East Organization, and Coliwoo Fire Station by LHN Facilities Management, a co-living development that transformed design into a community-friendly space.

The EdgeProp Excellence Awards also introduced a new category this year, the “Excellence in Landmark Conservation” award, to honour developers who preserve Singapore’s iconic landmarks. The inaugural winner was The Golden Mile by Perennial Holdings and Far East Organization for their dedication to safeguarding heritage for future generations.

In addition to these awards, City Developments Limited and JTC Corporation were recognised as Top Sustainable Developers for their commitment to environmentally responsible and future-ready projects. The Top Developer award was presented to City Developments Limited, Far East Organization, and UOL Group for their exceptional contributions to shaping Singapore’s built environment.

Mr Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Limited, was awarded the Personality of the Year, reserved for an individual whose influence and contributions have left an indelible mark on the world of real estate development.

The esteemed panel of judges for EPEA 2025 comprised of industry experts and professionals, and the sustainability scoring methodology was developed by CPG Corporation in collaboration with the Building and Construction Authority’s Green Mark Certification Scheme.
