Copen Grand, a 639-unit executive condo (EC) in Tengah, has recently received its temporary occupation permit at the end of April. Developed by City Developments (CDL) and MCL Land, this marks the first EC to be completed in the new estate.

Situated at the intersection of Tengah Garden Walk and Tengah Drive, Copen Grand is made up of twelve 14-storey blocks. The development is within walking distance of three upcoming MRT stations on the Jurong Region Line – Tengah, Hong Kah and Tengah Plantation.
