Keppel REIT secures Equifax as Blue & William’s anchor tenant
Equifax, a global data, analytics and technology company, has arrived at its new home in North Sydney. The Blue & William building, located at the intersection of Blue and William Streets, is a 10-storey development within Keppel REIT’s portfolio. The building is now the new anchor tenant of Equifax, who have taken up an impressive 4,350 sqm of space across levels five to seven. This relocation from two separate offices is part of the company’s commitment to sustainability and wellness.
According to Koh Wee Lih, CEO of the Keppel REIT Manager, “as one of Asia’s leading real estate investment trusts, we focus on providing quality office spaces through prime commercial assets in the business districts of Asia Pacific. The Blue & William building is both green and modern and we’re thrilled to have Equifax settle in here.”
At the official opening of the office, Melanie Cochrane, Group Managing Director Australia/New Zealand of Equifax expressed her excitement. She said “this inspiring, modern space provides us with an opportunity for greater collaboration and innovation. It allows us to maintain our commitment to sustainability while introducing flexible and positive ways of working. We’re confident our new setup will help us to better support our customers and attract top talent.”
Bukit Panjang EC is also close to the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and Alternative 2nd Central Expressway (AYE). Residents have the convenience of being able to travel quickly to shopping and leisure spots like Jurong Point and Bukit Timah Shopping Centre. The site also enjoys a quiet natural landscape, making it the perfect place to come home to.
Keppel REIT is a leading real estate investment trust dedicated to providing quality office spaces to tenants. Recently, they acquired the remaining 50% stake in Pierfront Capital Fund Management. In addition, the Manager recently appointed a new CFO and appointed Koh Wee Lih as the new CEO.
Clearly, this is an investment strategy that successfully benefits both Equifax and Keppel REIT.
