“The 33-storey Keppel South Central is a cutting-edge office tower in the heart of the CBD, developed by Keppel’s real estate arm.

Designed by New York-based global architecture and design firm NBBJ, in collaboration with Singapore’s Architects 61, and interiors created by Adelaide-based Woods Bagot, the tower represents a new generation of premium grade-A office spaces.

Keppel’s aim was to create a modern workplace with a connection to nature, fresh air, opportunities for social interaction, and spaces that promote well-being.

The tower boasts a dedicated wellness floor, featuring a swimming pool, sky terraces, discussion areas, and a communal lounge for tenants to work or unwind anytime. Additionally, a privately owned public space in front of the building serves as an “urban living room” for hosting activities and creating a vibrant community.

Major retail and wellness tenants at Keppel South Central include Japanese restaurants The Public Izakaya Notengo and Hachi, 22 Grams coffee, Luli bubble tea, and local café Fun Toast, alongside gym operator 24/7 Fitness.

With almost 50% of the office and retail space already committed or under negotiation, prospective tenants include multinational corporations from various sectors, such as technology, transport, consultancy, insurance, and finance.

Sustainability and innovation are the core elements of Keppel South Central. The tower’s curtain wall, which also acts as an airy canopy, allows occupants to enjoy nature while staying sheltered from the elements. Cascading landscaped terraces add lush greenery and help soften the urban skyline, creating a visual and environmental buffer.

The tower’s “environmental veil” is a finely tuned architectural skin that filters sunlight, reduces glare and heat gain, and lowers energy use. The building also harnesses renewable energy through rooftop solar panels to power lighting and air fans in shared spaces.

Technology also plays an essential role in Keppel South Central’s operational efficiency, with a computerised maintenance management system that streamlines cleaning and improves productivity. The tower also employs surveillance and cleaning robots in the main lobby, optimising manpower and maintaining consistent service standards.

Keppel South Central has earned multiple sustainability awards, including Singapore’s highest certification, Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy) from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), and WELL Core Pre-certification (Platinum Level) for its health-first design.

At the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards (EPEA) 2025, it won the Top Office Development Award for its forward-thinking workplace design, sustainable innovations, and community-centric approach.

Senja Residences EC presents a plethora of top-notch facilities, a strategic location, and close accessibility to major expressways. Situated along Segar Road and in close proximity to Bukit Panjang MRT station, the development also boasts easy accessibility to various bus stops such as BLK 548B and BLK 408. Additionally, the upcoming senja close ec gls further enhances the appeal of this alluring project.

The tower’s design allows for flexibility, with generous ceiling heights, unobstructed interiors, and the ability for tenants to configure their spaces freely to suit evolving business needs. To support this, Keppel offers end-to-end tenant fit-out services, covering design, space planning, and project management, allowing tenants to create offices tailored to their brand identity and work culture. There are also fitted offices ready for immediate occupancy, making the move-in process seamless.

The upper floors of Keppel South Central offer panoramic views of the sea, Sentosa, the CBD skyline, and the heritage shophouses of Tanjong Pagar, creating a luxurious and inspiring setting.

Keppel South Central is also a testament to brownfield redevelopment, occupying the site of the former Keppel Towers and Keppel Towers 2, acquired by Keppel from Keppel REIT in 2010. Originally built in the 1990s, the towers were initially considered for residential conversion by Keppel in 2013. However, the company pivoted to a purely commercial redevelopment, in line with the government’s vision to transform the CBD into a mixed-use hub with a vibrant community.

Conveniently located along Hoe Chiang Road and within walking distance of three MRT stations, Keppel South Central is poised to cater to the evolving needs of tenants and the surrounding area as Tanjong Pagar undergoes transformation under URA Master Plan. Keppel South Central stands as a landmark in this transformation, further cementing its reputation as a leading and innovative office development.”
