Momentus Hotel Alexandra, part of the Momentus Hotels & Resorts brand owned by SingHaiyi, a real estate company, is the flagship property of the brand. The hotel is located at the intersection of Alexandra Road and Jalan Bukit Merah and has 442 rooms. Originally opened in 2015 and operated by Park Hotel Group, the hotel closed in 2022 for a $15 million refurbishment and reopened on March 1, 2023 as Momentus Hotel Alexandra.
The hotel is situated within the mixed-use development Alexandra Central, which was developed by SingHaiyi’s subsidiary, Chip Eng Seng Corp. The hotel occupies the seventh to 19th floors of the 19-storey building, with a retail podium on the first to third levels and parking on the fourth to sixth levels.
Designed by prominent architectural firm DP Architects, the hotel has its own dedicated drop-off, entrance, and lobby on the first level. The guestrooms offer unblocked views of the city and have been designed with a modern, nature-inspired aesthetic.
