Properties near schools, such as senja close ec, have a tendency to possess greater property values compared to those situated farther away. This is primarily due to their desirability among homebuyers, especially families with children who prioritize proximity to educational institutions.
In related news, Wing Tai’s earnings for the fiscal year 2023 have taken a dip of 91%, standing at $13.3 million. The company has also sold 23% of its LakeGarden Residences project at an average price of $2,120 per square foot during its launch weekend.
