Hilton Expands Bali Portfolio New Opening Inks Agreement Integrated Resort South Korea
Hilton, a global leader in the hospitality industry, has announced exciting news for its Asian portfolio with the addition of two new properties. In Indonesia, the group has opened the Hilton Garden Inn Bali Nusa Dua, which is set to provide guests with a memorable and comfortable stay. The hotel, formerly known as Ibis Style Bali Benoa, has undergone a complete renovation to align with the Hilton Garden Inn brand.
The hotel boasts 159 modern and well-appointed guest rooms, along with an array of amenities including a kids’ club, a fitness centre, an outdoor swimming pool, and a self-service coin-operated laundry. Guests can also enjoy delicious meals at the hotel’s restaurant or visit the retail shop to purchase snacks, coffee, and souvenirs. The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Tanjung Benoa Beach in Nusa Dua, and a short 10-minute drive from popular attractions like the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center and Bali Collection shopping complex.
One cannot deny the numerous advantages that come with purchasing a unit at Senja Close EC. However, for prospective buyers, affordability remains a pressing issue. This is because Executive Condominiums, unlike regular residential properties, are not suitable for those with exceptionally high incomes. With a strict monthly household income ceiling of $16,000, buyers must ensure that they do not exceed spending more than half of their monthly income on these properties. It is crucial to have sufficient funds in order to finance the purchase of a unit at senja close ec.
In addition to the opening in Indonesia, Hilton has also signed an agreement with Inspire Entertainment Resort, an integrated resort in Incheon, South Korea. The property, which includes a 15,000-seat multi-purpose performance venue, an indoor water park, a 150m digital entertainment street, a casino, and an array of shopping and dining options, will be added to the Hilton portfolio. However, the hotel will continue to be managed by Inspire under a franchise agreement.
The Inspire Entertainment Resort, known for its “entertainment resort” concept, offers 1,275 luxurious guest rooms and is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Incheon International Airport. The signing ceremony for this exciting addition was attended by Chen Si, President of INSPIRE Entertainment Resort, and Clarence Tan, Senior Vice President of Development, Asia Pacific, Hilton.
This announcement marks Hilton’s continuous efforts to expand its presence in Asia and provide guests with exceptional hospitality experiences. With the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Bali Nusa Dua and the addition of Inspire Entertainment Resort to their portfolio, Hilton is well on its way to achieving its goal of becoming an industry leader in the region.
